In the main hall, or conference room, dedicated to Vittorio Fanelli, you can admire two reconstructions or dioramas, made by Mario Bordo, of the typical fishing settlement on Lake Bolsena dating to the 1950s.
One in particular represents the typical hut that served as the fishermen’s dwelling, built near the lake. The dioramas are mounted on easels recently wrapped in jute, because it is an eco-friendly fabric and is similar to the material found in fragments in a fisherman's burial in his dugout canoe on the Sasso di Furbara (kaolin monosile).
